Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items
  • Special orders or custom products

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to your order history
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Complete the return authorization form
  5. Wait for confirmation email with return instructions

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

8. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

10. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

11. International Returns
We do not accept international returns at this time. Please contact us before placing an order if you have questions about international shipping.

12. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement.

13. Return Exceptions
Some items may have different return policies that will be specified on the product page. Please review these policies before making your purchase.

14. Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases on our website.

15. Return Address
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must use the return address provided in your return authorization email.

16. Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it. During peak seasons, processing may take longer.

17. Proof of Purchase
To process any return or exchange, we require proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt.

18. Restocking Fee
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they are not returned in original condition. This will be deducted from your refund.

19. Warranty Returns
Items under manufacturer warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us for warranty information and assistance.
